OVERVIEW

In a new knowledge-intensive economic landscape, firms need to access external knowledge sources due to their inability to generate all necessary knowledge on their own. The capability to create new innovations is  important  for both large and small companies to enhance growth. In order to achieve this, an organization must have in-depth understanding of innovation dynamics, a well-crafted  innovation strategy, and  well-designed processes  for  innovation.
